使用 VocabLoop 即表示你同意 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议（EULA）以及以下补充条款。二者冲突时，以 Apple 标准 EULA 为准。

1. VocabLoop Plus

Plus 是一次性买断的 App 内购买，不是订阅，不会自动续费。
购买后在同一 Apple ID 下永久有效，可在其他设备上通过“恢复购买”启用。
“所有未来的词库”指我们在 VocabLoop 中以 Plus 形式提供的词库，不包括另行单独销售的内容（如有）。
退款由 Apple 按其政策处理，请访问 reportaproblem.apple.com。

2. 内容

词库、释义和例句仅供学习参考。我们尽力保证准确，但不保证没有错误。

3. 你的数据

你的学习数据保存在你的设备上，请自行导出备份。详见隐私政策。

4. 变更与联系方式

By using VocabLoop you agree to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and to the additional terms below. Where they conflict, Apple’s Standard EULA prevails.

1. VocabLoop Plus

Plus is a one-time in-app purchase. It is not a subscription and never renews.
It stays unlocked for your Apple ID for good, and can be restored on your other devices with “Restore purchase”.
“Every future pack” means packs we offer inside VocabLoop as part of Plus, not content sold separately (if any).
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.

2. Content

Word lists, definitions and examples are provided for learning. We work to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee they are error-free.

3. Your data

Your study data lives on your device; please keep your own backups. See the Privacy Policy.
