我的学习进度存在哪里？

全部保存在你的设备上。删除 App 会同时删除所有进度，请先在“设置 → 账户 → Export my data”导出备份。

怎么恢复购买的 Plus？

打开“设置 → VocabLoop Plus”，点“Restore purchase（恢复购买）”。请使用当初购买时的 Apple ID。

怎么删除账户？

“设置 → 账户”页面底部可以删除账户，会同时删除该账户的所有学习数据。

为什么点发音没有声音？

请确认媒体音量已打开。如果单词旁边没有喇叭按钮，说明设备上没有装该语言的语音，可以在 iOS“设置 → 辅助功能 → 朗读内容 → 声音”里下载。

家长须知

VocabLoop 没有广告，不收集任何个人信息，不连接社交网络。购买 Plus 需要 Apple ID 付款确认，可以用 iOS“屏幕使用时间”限制 App 内购买。

Where is my progress stored?

On your device. Deleting the app deletes your progress, so export a backup first from Settings ▸ Account ▸ Export my data.

How do I restore Plus?

Open Settings ▸ VocabLoop Plus and tap “Restore purchase”, signed in with the Apple ID you bought it with.

How do I delete my account?

At the bottom of Settings ▸ Account. This also deletes all study data for that account.

There is no sound when I tap the speaker

Check the media volume. If there is no speaker button at all, no voice for that language is installed — download one in iOS Settings ▸ Accessibility ▸ Spoken Content ▸ Voices.

For parents

VocabLoop has no ads, collects no personal information and has no social features. Buying Plus requires Apple ID payment approval, and in-app purchases can be restricted with Screen Time.
